FANS are installed for your comfort, Airconditioning unit: should you encounter any issues with the AC unit please follow these steps. If the AC starts to leak, ensure all doors and windows are closed and set the temperature to a minimum of 24 degrees.

As we have many back to back bookings, there are times when late check outs are not possible. Please check-out by 10am unless you have made prior arrangements.

A complimentary starter pack including detergent, soap, toilet paper, and garbage bags is provided. For additional supplies the nearby IGA is just a short walk away from the resort.

RUBBISH BINS Dispose of waste

responsibly in the rubbish bins in the bin room near the main gates. We have a dedicated bin for 10c glass bottles, and the profit goes directly to the Magnetic Island Museum

In the event of an electricity trip follow these steps. Check the fuse box in the wall behind the bed, to ensure nothing has tripped. Turn off all recently used appliances and reset switch.

CLEANING & CHECK-OUT POLICY

At Magnetic Glamping, we keep things simple & sustainable

To ensure every guest enjoys the same eco-luxury experience, we ask that upon departure you:

Leave your tent tidy and free of excess mess

Wash, dry, and put away all kitchenware

Remove all rubbish and recycling to the designated bin room

If additional cleaning time is required because these steps aren’t followed, a $100 cleaning fee may be charged to your booking.
