Air Conditioning: If the AC leaks, please close all doors and windows and set it to 24°C or above. If it continues, turn it off for an hour. Still having trouble? Text us at 0421 470 369 and we’ll help right away.

CHECK-OUT

As we have many back to back bookings, there are times when late check outs are not possible. Please check-out by 10am unless you have made prior arrangements.

We provide a complimentary starter pack with detergent, soap, toilet paper, and garbage bags. Need more? The nearby IGA is just a short stroll from the resort.

Rubbish: Please dispose of waste in the bins in the bin room near the main gates. We also have a dedicated bin for 10c glass bottles, with proceeds supporting the Magnetic Island Museum.

In the event of an electricity trip follow these steps. Check the fuse box in the wall behind the bed, to ensure nothing has tripped. Turn off all recently used appliances and reset switch.

CLEANING & CHECK-OUT POLICY

At Magnetic Glamping, we keep things simple & sustainable

To ensure every guest enjoys the same eco-luxury experience, we ask that upon departure you:

Leave your tent tidy and free of excess mess

Wash, dry, and put away all kitchenware

Remove all rubbish and recycling to the designated bin room

If additional cleaning time is required because these steps aren’t followed, a $100 cleaning fee may be charged to your booking.
